For younger crowds - both male and female - that want to get ripped and more athletic, we offer group fitness programs that mix weightlifting, endurance training, circuit training, and cardiovascular training, focusing on explosive performance and increased stamina and durability.
For the more mature participants, we offer fitness and weight loss programs designed to help you stay in shape with cardiovascular training, flexibility exercises and resistance training that is designed to meet the needs of all levels of fitness.
